Providing effective massage
The focus of the hub is providing treatments designed specifically for your sport or activity. On Hub days, we will devote our time to prevention, treatment, assessment, recovery, preparation, pain relief and advice.
At the sports hub clinic, you can book a treatment with our trained therapists, that are qualified to treat your injury, pain and medical condition.

Can I cancel?
24 hours notice is required for cancellation.
A full charge will be incurred for failure to cancel within the required time.

In Leytonstone: Suite 108 Oceanair House Business Centre, 750 - 760 High Road Leytonstone E11 3AW, 5 -10 minute’s walk from Leytonstone Station, opposite Tesco and Mcdonalds.
In South Woodford: No 9 the Shrubberies, George Lane, South Woodford, E18 1BD.
The clinic is no.7 suite in no.9 The shrubberies building a bus stop is outside and across the road is the main George lane shopping area with Sainsbury’s and Marks and Spencer.
