What is Kinesiology taping?

How does kinesiology tape work?
When applied to the skin it causes a lifting effect which allows fluid to move more freely. This allows more blood to flow into the injured area and helping to accelerate recovery and repair and decreasing inflammation. Swelling causes pain and pressure cause pain kinesiology taping assists in the reduction of pressure that has built up within the soft tissue.
