COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We respect any complaint, dispute and matters arising with bodyhealththerapies therapists and courses. We take your complaint seriously and will conduct an investigation and the first stage is to raise the complaint in writing by email to info@bodyhealththerapies.co.uk
In many instances issues will be dealt with straight away but where further information is required every effort will be made to make an initial response within 24 hours of the issue being raised this would be to acknowledge your complaint
(Resolution within 5 working days)
Once the complaint has been logged this will be investigated and aim for resolution and feedback on the outcome within 5 working days.
Records
Bodyhealththerapies will keep records of complaints which are resolved at the informal stage for management purposes, and monitoring.
